I assume you ask where to add them. There is a lot of training at WA. In short:
-in title
-in url
-in the first paragraph
-in the last paragraph
-in meta title
-in meta description
-in figure attributes
-somewhere in the text where/if appropriate.
I am in lesson 7 I think doing keyword searches, I was wondering if it had to be a .com etc. search?
Com is related to the type of domain, this is so called Top Level Domain, together with net and org. So I am not sure what the question is.

Is there a way I can reset it on the same website?
You'll often find that even though you've deleted a plugin the settings are still there so you can re-install it and activate it again with the old settings.
