Becoming an expert with WA
After Yesterdays live training on the social media time schedule I am buzzing. Well actually I was buzzing at 2 am this morning as that was when it finished here in the UK. (message to self - watch the replays in future.) I went to bed and just had to get up again to write down the ideas buzzing round my head!.
I am starting in a better place than a lot of you newbies on here. I have a website, a brand and a social following on Facebook and Twitter. So I guess you will be thinking I have it made! Well no. You see, although I had been trying to learn affiliate marketing from free ebooks and webinars, I still would not pay for information as I thought it was a scam. This led me down 2 roads. The first was I could not piece it together and the second was "it probably will not work for me anyway". Both led to brick walls.
So since 2012 I have had a free website earning me nothing, social media where people are asking to follow me and I don't know why, I have been trying to redesign my website for nearly a year and now my back website is so different to the published one I haven't been able to post for most of the year. I am ill and skint! Unable to work because my illness is not serious but stress related and can hit me at any time and put me in so much pain I cannot walk. So poor I am writing on Upworks 500 word articles for $2 each! and supplying content for other people.
So you see, having all the parts does not make you successful, being clever, organised and focused makes you successful. Since joining WA I am learning to target my audience and that my niche is too big..It is taking a lot to convert non belief into action so my motto for today is "The only true failure is doing nothing"
