I have clicked on the email icon, the notifications, and the inbox. Still cannot open the message.
You clicked on the red email icon....you should get this in your general email to you as well.

I have clicked on the email icon, the notifications, and the inbox. Still cannot open the message.
Click on the persons photo or name, that goes to their profile then click on "Private Message"
You clicked on the red email icon....you should get this in your general email to you as well.
