Feeling Fear- Good for you!

If you are feeling any fear as you move forward thru life, or for these purposes building your online business then good for you I say. I have heard the definition of F.E.A.R. defined as False Evidence Appearing Real- what the heck does that mean?? I don't know about you but I don't even understand the sentence.

First let's review where that fear (of acting) comes from? What makes you afraid? It comes from your past experiences, things you were taught by your parents or while you were a child, and primarily old beliefs that you have that do not serve you anymore. All of these hold you back from creating wealth and the lifestyle you want. For example, your parents may have always been short on money and taught you to save every penny. So now, you may be a millionaire and live in a small house and lease a Toyota when you can afford a penthouse and a Jaguar. It is that old belief that does not allow you to enjoy your income because you have this starvation mentality that "you learned from your parents, that is, to save every penny". It gets ingrained in your subconscious and guides your actions even if it is not something you currently believe or know that you hold that belief. There are many ways to re-program your subconscious to get rid of all your limiting beliefs, the #1 being meditation enhanced with brainwave technology. Over the years I have taken many courses and programs on all of these topics and have great resources to share. I am also a Certified Law of Attraction Practitioner. My mission with my new online biz is to provide the everyday man/woman with tools and resources to help them lead a better life using alternative forms of remedies they would never have thought of before. { I am happy to share my coaching/resources to anyone who wants to learn more via private message . This blog is not a sales pitch.}

Past experiences are just that "in the past", and whatever circumstances that existed then do not exist now, and never will again. That is why it is called the "past". Hopefully you've taken the lesson from it with you. As for the future- why would you worry about the unknown? I always tell people not to worry for one second about the future, what a waste of energy. You have absolutely no idea what the future holds and any image or situation you can dream up (is always the worst case scenario) and has the same chance of happening as a million other things do, including you getting struck by lightening. Fact is, you really don't know what you have to worry about until it happens - so logically, you should not be worried about the future or spend an iota of time on it because there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Why spend time and energy on a result that may never occur? If there is something you can do to influence it then go do it! Otherwise, enjoy the "present", that is why it is called that, because each moment is a gift to be treasured. Worry about today's problems today, tomorrow's problems don't exist yet and you will handle them as the come. If you can maintain a positive attitude that you can handle whatever comes your way because it will be a lesson learned, you are 100x more likely to reach your goals and live your dreams.

But hands down the best way to deal with fear is to look at it differently, change your attitude about it completely. That feeling of butterflies in your gut are your friends. When you feel that you are actually reaching out of your comfort zone. If you feel that and continue to act- I congratulate you on taking the difficult step out of your zone and into the learning curve. Those feelings are nothing more than "growing pains" not FEAR. If you really feel the feeling, you may actually feel a tingle of excitement at the prospect of doing something new. And the more you feel this tingling the more you are out of your comfort zone and the more confidence you will gain since you will achieve things that you did not think you could and were formerly "afraid of". This is so important because most of us work alone and do not have other people to build our confidence for us. We have to do it ourselves and realizing that you are growing and making your dreams come true step by step is very motivating and inspiring not only to ourselves but to those around us.

If you find that you are overwhelmed and don't know where to start, please read my blog entry called Getting Started and Feeling Overwhelmed for some great advice on slicing your goals into achievable bits and bites. This also increases confidence.

In the end if you see every opportunity that you fear the most as one for growth as opposed being fearful of failure - you will never fail but you will learn many great lessons along the way!.
