Have you tried logging in using the SiteManager feature on SiteRubix?
1. Click the "SiteRubix" button on the left side of your screen
2. Select the first option "Site Manager"
3. Use the "login" feature there
If so, I think we need a little bit more information to help you better!
Okay, so what does happen when you try to log in? Is there an error message?
A screen shot could also be helpful, as it is hard to determine what the problem is if I can't see it.
If you figured it all out prior to this reply, then great! :)
thank you so much for replying however i already created a support ticket for it..thanks again..and nice to know you here

this is just frustrating..up to now i can't move on to next step of the lesson because first thing is i understand the lesson about transfering siterubix website to newly purc
Hello Jiloron, did you click on the Site Domain? To register a domain with Wealthy Affiliate (WA), you have to click the Site Rubix button on the left. That will pop up a list and Site Domsin is the third button, click on that. Once in you will see three options. I think it is the first or second option you need.
I purchased the new domain, according to the lesson and followed along the steps of purchasing the domain. After two days of trying to get it to host ( I have asked questions several times live chat, I have research several times for the answer, I PM Carson, I have set in contemplation trying to see for myself what I am missing) I am still unable to get it to transfer. Which leads me to my next issue with purchasing the new domain.
For two days I have not been able to get my new domain to transfer/host BUT, it turned out to be a good thing. Just a moment ago I was back at it, trying to figure out, at this point, if I should press that transfer button. I am about to transfer my newly purchased domain to WA SiteRubix but, I don't feel comfortable; for whatever reason, I just felt uneasy about it. Well, I think I know at least one of the issues.
I was looking at the Site Domains page at the bottom where it displays my newly purchased website name. That's when suddenly I realized the "Tranfer to WA" field with the 'ready' button has the domain name spelled incorrectly. However, everything else documented is spelled correctly. How does this happen? I followed the lesson videos; I paid for the product; I reached out to everyone that I could reach out to just so that I would not have to take this measure but, I have no choice. I got work to do.
So, the reason for the "can I get a refund?" subtitle is, I figured the refund will give me a chance to "start over". I will take the funds and redo the steps. I'm like that any way, meticulous, so I don't move too fast but, I like to get going. If you agree, and I hope you do, please advise.
Thank you
I see you did find the Site Domain button. I do not think you will get a refund, but you can contact Site Support and see if they can correct the mis-spelling.
