to answer your question, yes. I went through those emotions and still am. I completed the "free" part, and after a few days of withdraw from training, signed up for the premium membership. I had to just tell myself no successful business was built over night or rushing. "haste makes waste". I have come to terms with the fact that I really need to learn how to maximise WA to get the most out of it. That means taking my time and doing ALL the training sessions. Eventually I will get to where I am planning to go. As I have learned more, I am tweaking my idea and building on it. So I have let go of my haste and am trusting the process. Try it. :o)

Definitely. I think it's how most of us felt at the beginning. The great news is that it only gets easier. Jim

Most members will feel like this at first. Just stay focused on the core training your following and do NOT go into the classrooms and other training, like live training or what-have-you. Once you become more comfortable with the basics, then choose one thing you want to learn, say "Facebook Marketing" or "SEO" or "PPC Advertising" and then learn more on that. You cannot become an expert at everything. Nor should you, otherwise you wouldn't be creating content, just learning!

It's not you, though. It's new. It's exciting. Don't get overwhelmed and stick to the main course. ^_^

I felt the same way. I just started one month ago. I know WA is the way to go for me, but even great information can be overwhelming if you don't break it down into small pieces.

What works for me is setting very reasonable goals and scheduling tasks.

I have decided to go over 1 lesson a day and write 2 blog posts per week.

This may sound too conservative for some, but if you think about it, that's a total of 104 blog posts in one year. If I do it right, Google should start noticing my website by then. I'll be happy with that.

My best saying is: People overestimate what they can do in the short run and underestimate what they can do in the long run.

Don't get discouraged. The great community at WA will help you.

Yes, I think we all go through that when we start here at Wealthy Affiliate. Unfortunately, I do not have a quick fix for it, accept, you know this is a problem and you will just need to be strong and monitor yourself.

But, yes, the information is so overwhelming and exciting when you first join.

Hi guys,
Totally know how you feel. It was a bit of a rollercoaster of excitement and so much information overload when I started too.

But that was 3 months ago and it's settling down now that I told myself to just go with the flow.

I accepted that I had to give myself the time to learn and that I might make some mistakes along the way. So, if I just did one lesson at a time, did the assignments and stayed connected to the community that feeling would go away. It did.

So relax, do what you can each day in your lessons and website. Stay focused and don't quit.
