In Google searching "The wp auto upload isn't working" (without the quotation marks, of course) I was offered several different video tutorials and posts. See screen print below...
Have you tried that doing this already?

With the advent of Youtube et al ... videos are more than coming of age so to speak ...
If it's a WordPress plug-in --- suggest you might want to try it out first on a test site or a 'sandbox' as Jay would say ...that way if there's any quirks or quarks then it wouldn't have affected your live site ...and with WA Premium of 25 siterubix -- you've got plenty of room to try it all out to minimize risk ...
