Hi Ken, I saw Nathaniell posted an article link where you can learn to create dropdown menu at http://www.apinapress.com/wordpress-custom-menu/.
And if you want to make your main dropdown menu titles not clickable, you can look through Nathaniell's video training at https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/custom-dropdown-menu-trick. I just tried this and it works for me. Hope this helps!

hey there, what I know working with worpress I could only put text above and benith the pics, but maybe that is different depends of wich theme you use, try Another theme maybe :)

Go to Appearance > Menus and create a Custom Menu, then click on the Manage Locations tab at the top and assign it to the appropriate place. :) Rich.
Go to MENUS page and there you could change the order of them :)
You could also add your new Menuses there :)
