So true, still working my way there! TV is not a problem for me anymore, this is more addictive :-) But a schedule helps and keeping it helps even more.
I totally agree with you. Time is my problem which I am working on trying to delegate rather then trying to do everything myself.
No just a big house and an ever increasing big family that all need a bit of me and not enough time lol.

I've violated all 3 unfortunately and have been suffering with a relapse of a severe pinched nerve as of late. As the pain subsides, I have to increase my dedication again. Hopefully that will be in the coming week as my physical therapist untangles the nerves. Thanks Loes for the reminder.
Yes it is. I am very strong and have been through some painful things in my life but I didn't bounce back like usual this time. I am much better than I was Thursday. He is indeed getting me pain free. Thank you for your well wishes Loes.
