Publish the Data request page!
Go to the training page 3 - step 18, 19 and 20
training/wp-gdpr-compliance-plugin-settings
You can choose to add the page to your colophon menu or place the code into a widget

Thank you Loes, this definitely solved my issue. I believe the 404 error was because the Data Access page was setup as Private.
Yeaaa.... I believe I am finally done with this GDPR Privacy Policy and now ONWARD AND FORWARD.
