On the go with the flow
This week, I had holiday, as always in October. And I had planned to write, in advance, several posts for my Black Friday website and to create some shops.
But that didn't happen at all.
Monday
On Sunday I got a call for the daycare. Whether 2 of the children could come on Monday. And a call from my daughter if I could take care of my granddaughter, because there was no-one else available. Of course! We enjoyed our crafting day. And we had a wonderful time.
Making paintings
And a nature box
Tuesday
This day I would add the children's crafting to my Kids Art website, and I noticed that my green padlock was missing. I tried everything to get it back, without any luck. Contacted support, they told me to clear cache, to flush DSN. No luck either. They told me I had mixed content and to check my site with view-source:https://mywebsitedotcom/ And the rest of the day I have been checking every post and page to find the http links. It was late at night, and still no luck, that I called in the help from MarionBlack.
Wednesday
Marion went over my site, thank you ever so much, Marion! She added some plugins, We PM-ed back and forth. Let's try this, or do that. The end of the story ánd the Wednesday was a GREEN Padlock. Oh, was I happy to see that back. And the culprit was an online shop of the company I am affiliated with, the same store, I had planned on Monday to create on other websites too. I have to think this over how to create my next ads.
Thursday
Mom's day. And since my sister is sick the past couple of weeks, I have taken over all the shores at my mom's house, she's 90 and still living independent. So it took most of the day to do the bathroom, vacuum cleaning, dusting, do the groceries, take the time to answer her questions and visiting my sister with my/our mom. But I thought I still have the evening. But there was a message on the TV about the stagnation of the decrease in the amount of meat that people eat. And I thought of my main reason, why I joined WA. To bring awareness about the way of living, and the way of how we treat Mother Earth. So I was inspired and wrote a post about this of 1459 words.
Friday
I came from bed and thought, this is going to be my blogging day. But my husband said, dearest, you've worked so hard this week, and you have a holiday, so let's get out and enjoy the day. ☼ And so we did :) We went to the coast. And I though, never mind, I have all evening for blogging. Wrong. The parents of 2 of my day care kids wanted to sort out some stuff, so I spend my evening there.
Saturday
It´s eight o´clock in the morning, and I am thinking over the week. And however, I didn't do anything that I planned to do, I feel very satisfied about my week. Today I need to put the Kids Art on my website, the children expect to see their crafting appear. I made 4 gallery images on Canva - and added them to the website. 16.00 done.
I can not resist to share this beauty too
My lovely daughter Lowiesie (inactive at the moment, but heej, you never know:) had a Halloween party last night. I created a quick CLIPLET of her video.
Sunday morning early
After dinner, I fell a sleep on the couch at 7 and my husband woke me up at 1 o'clock, that's why I am now clear awake behind my desk at 1.45 recapitulating my week and writing this blog.
Wintertime is set tonight, so technically it's only 00.45 :)
The advantages of being an affiliate marketer
Some days I am really productive on my website, some days I am not not. Things can get complicated and offline life can get in your way. But 24/7/365 my websites are out there and are working for me bringing in affiliate income. That's really a nice thought, isn't it?
Let the flow take the lead:)

It goes to show we can't plan as we thought, things come up and we have to adapt. It looks like you really enjoyed it and that's all that counts :D

Sounds like a great week! Life does get in the way. But sometimes the things that get in the way are just as important, or more important, as the thing we think we're supposed to do. You captured this beautifully with the photos. :-)
