Here, at WA, we are conscious of the diversity of cultures. A world wide community with many different backgrounds.

We respect each other as individuals, and although we all have our own believes and political views, it does not effect our interaction.

I feel myself at home here, as I feel myself at home in the Netherlands.
I am just as proud to be a WA-er, as I am on my Dutch countrymen who voted today.

Intercultural Communication is:

  • Respect for everyone in the society
  • Equality for every human
  • Remove barriers (and not build walls)
  • The ability to connect across cultures
  • Education accessible to everyone
  • Equal opportunities for all
  • Care for the most vulnerable
  • Eye for the evolution of our environment
  • Understanding differences of language
  • Cultural Diplomacy

Intercultural communication is no longer an option, but a necessity.

We, as affiliate marketers, are well aware of the importance of intercultural communication.

Let's build, protect and shape our future!

I hope so. Unfortunately our right wing press has a grip on the population and a love of Fake News but the belief that the UK is not alone in isolation and intolerance took a hit thanks to you lovely lot last week :) Loving that we are all citizens of the world on here :)

that" what I meant Loes they voted right by voting left. I know sounds funny but you see now how I meant it. Glad they voted that way. :)

Before too long, cultural differences will fade away. Cultural and racial differences only ever occured because people were isolated from each other. That's no longer the case. You can communicate with anyone in the world now.

That's right, but there are still a lot of narrow-minded people Marcus

It is important, and I am happy that my kids grow up in an intercultural environment. Singapore has every nationality and it is great.

Thanks, Sylvia, it is important. A lot of big cities have to cope with a multi-cultural society, and it will only increase.

LOVE IT. and so proud of you Dutch. We (sane) Americans were terrified that everyone else would make the same mistake we made in electing a bigot who doesn't understand that our differences are what make us stronger. Happy to see this in WA, thank you.

We have an expression in America perhaps you can clarify. It's called going "dutch," when both the man (or boy) and a woman (or girl) share the expenses on a date. Does that come from your homeland?
Reply
Loes Premium
For sure, it does, Allan, women here are very independent
