Hey Luarance
I highlight a keyword or a phrase and I click the chain then add my URL destination and if I want it blank (i.e. Open in a new window) and save changes. You can do same with an image, clicking and then choose pen enter credentials and save.

I found one in site content templates https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/content/templates and I have another in my WordPress sites back office. You do not need to download from anywhere versus editing and publishing. I update with an domain name email webmail or forward. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/email
