Hi - how exactly did you cancel your membership? Generally, there are no refunds as per the terms and conditions. You can contact Kyle personally if you believe you cancelled in enough time to stop the payment.

I use a translator on mine and use Flags.
This is because people from other countries might not be able to understand English but they will recognize their country's flag and click for the translation.

A person left a comment on my website but their email and name is stuck permeantly in the comment fields. How do I fix that?
You can go to comments in your WordPress dashboard then when you mouse over the comment in question, you should see the option to edit it. Click Edit or Quick Edit and remove what you'd like to remove and save the comment. This should fix your problem.
Hi, seems like I am the first to come up to your message. First I would wait for more suggestions. Second if no comments are to follow I would delete the comment.

Hi Lisa, your next course, sorry my next course of action would be to get in touch with site support. Just the fact there is a problem deleting it, needs attention. Site support is 24/7 I am pretty sure. Please keep me up to date on the out come.

Click "Websites" from the left hand menu & then click "Site Manger" from the menu that appears.
On the page you're taken to you'll see a list of your websites & if you look at the data next to them you'll see the words "Google Index". It'll say "Yes" if it's indexed - so you can tell from there.
