The Leave a Reply Form I want to delete so they can just use my landing page. How do I delete it?
To be honest I would lot delete this at all.. this is a crucial part of your setup which enables people to engage in conversation.. and enhances your sites performance... people leaving comments is vital!
You should also be making every effort to answer all comments and feedback too...

The Leave a Reply Form I want to delete so they can just use my landing page. How do I delete it?
If it's on a Post or a Page, simply login to WordPress, click the Post (or Page) option.
Hover over the post (or page) and then click the associated "Quick Edit" option.
You'll see an "Allow Comments" option.
Unclick that and Save.
