What is the best real estate, we have available to us?
Hello WA family on this fine sunny Saturday morning, I Hope you are all safe and well?
What do you consider to be your biggest real estate? Is it your website, is it your WA blog, is it Social Media, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram?
For me the answer is not straight forward, in the beginning of my online journey I believed it was my website and in the long term that is definitely going to be the case.
In the short term, the biggest and best real estate we have is our WA blog, do I hear you asking why? If I do I’m pleased you asked. Wealthy Affiliate has been around for 15 years, this means it has been ranking in Google for that amount of time. The posts you write here are seen by the world and are ranked highly and quickly by Google.
If someone reads your post and wants to find out more about the brilliant training, the awesome community, the excellent support and the amazing value of Wealthy Affiliate, then you get the referral.
Above every WA blog post is an affiliate link, This is so you can share another members post that you feel would be of benefit to others on social media and the link contains your affiliate details.
Sharing on social media is another great way to get eyes on your content. The training here teaches us many ways of doing Affiliate Marketing and provides all of the necessary tools. All we need to do is put everything into practice and be as consistent as possible.

Biggest real estate - I believe should be myself and my efforts to keep at this, so a bit metaphysical. Most importantly though like your quote below says without application they will just be empty dreams i.e. “ Knowing Is Not Enough; We Must Apply. Wishing Is Not Enough; We Must Do.”

I believe my biggest real estate is my mind, heart and soul, that's unrelated to WA.
However your points within your blog post are valid and terrific and we all must pursue to achieve more success.
Something to add of value, when folks starting out ecommerce stores, ad campaigning a free deal perhaps just pay shipping and handling; eyeballs increase and so the engagement.
More clicks more opportunities.

Trucking and Real Estate are two of my main areas of specialization - so I always love the analogy of thinking of online business assets in terms of "digital real estate".
Personally, I think the specific answer is going to vary from person to person just as actual real estate investing and business choices, tactics and methods do too.
The way I personally see it is like this;
There is digital real estate we own.
There is digital real estate we rent.
There is also digital real estate that is common area. We do not own it or rent it but we can choose to make use of it.
Interconnected Scalability Philosophy is how I look at it all really. That is working to systematically cross-connect many different digital properties to each other to drive more and more customers into my business overall over time - and to continuously increase that little by little over time on an ongoing basis.
Where individual pieces may seem small or even insignificant (much like a positive cash flow on a property of $125 or management fee of $50 or so) those smaller amounts grow and compound with volume.
The same is true with online courses - where maybe you only make $20 to $100 per course per month - but with more courses - and as you add more and more courses the total income increases every month that you do.
I first learned this principle in real estate investing and especially in rental real estate and property management.
Then I noticed the exact same principle in motor carrier (trucking fleet) management. This is especially true with midsized and larger fleets as they grow from 50 to 100 and the to 150 up to 1200 or more units - all units moving loads every day!
The total revenue and profit become very significant past a certain point as the business is scaled.
I saw it again in the online course arena - there it was again right in front of my face! As I studied other instructors I realized many did not understand this principle and they only created one or two courses and then quit when they didn't make a killing - failing to notice that all they had to do to make more money was create and publish more courses!
So, for me, - from a business perspective - WA is a key element and one I consider to be rental digital real estate which is used as an investment to help acquire more customers for my overall business interests.
Even then it remains a single element of a much larger overall income production system. Courses sell books, books sell courses, and they all connect to sites which connect to other sites and other products - especially specialized information products (digital primarily).

By far it's the WA blog and it will remain so for years to come but the hope is that we add a few other properties to stand alongside it.
It has the ability to gain one some incredible exposure, if you actually use it, ideal when it comes to promoting your brand.
