Google Has Been Kind To Me In The Update
Hello my wonderful WA Family, I hope you are all well?
When Google does core updates like the one that happened this month a lot of people's sites seem to suffer a lot.
However, mine has seen a boost in rankings majoritively.
Obviously, some posts have gone down but most of them have gone up.
Here are a couple of examples:
This first one was written in April 2021.
The second one was written in May 2021.
I have increased my writing a little since my last post and my stats now look like this for a 6-month-old website :
Before when I posted some stats I still had the info on there for the first site that I have sold.
It broke my heart to delete all of that info, but I had to do it so I knew exactly what was on this site.
Not all of these published posts are reviews, many of them are about learning how to blog and becoming an affiliate marketer.
My main aim now is to continue writing the review posts that seem to get ranked and indexed in double-quick time.
These review posts are where my referrals for WA have come from.
Since changing from blogging posts to reviews my traffic from Pinterest has suffered, I'm not worried because my Organic traffic is now the biggest contributor :-)
I have to say I'm very enthusiastic about my progress so far and I know it will only get better as time goes on!
The main difference is that I did not make the mistakes on this blog that I made on the first one because I learned from them.
Failure is the best way to succeed.
I have finished my email sequence finally and that's a big relief.
I'm going to leave you all with this quote today:

That's great! I know the recent Google core update didn't fare well for most people's websites.
But as I commented on your last post, you're doing things right. Things are looking well on your end, and I'm glad to see you making progress.

It only gets better. I refuse to
buy popcorn to eat while I sit and watch others succeed if I can do it too. Obstacles get in the way, things happen that we have no control over. So we get out of focus but if we don't give up and push forward we can make it.

I do love to see others success, I am not an envious person. It does give me pride to be part of this platform. My accomplishments may not be what is expected of me. I am really putting more effort in my work.i know if I had a home it would be easier for me. I go in between homes now I gave up my comfort for my daughter and her family because I couldn't see my grandkids without a home. That is beside the point I am doing little better but I won't give up.
And I want to congratulate all of you that have reached goals in your lives that you never thought possible.
