Celebrating 3 Goals Achieved Today!
Hello my wonderful WA family. I hope this finds you well?
Just a quick post to share the 3 goals I have achieved today. Yay!
Goal number 1 was to write a 3,500-word post in under 6 hours. Success!
I am not a typist as I only use 2 fingers so that was good going for me.
I'm sure many of you could do it in a lot less time :-)
The exact word count is:
Goal Number 2 was to get a score of over 90 for my headline. Success.
Headlines are not my strong point so this was massive.
My score was:
Goal 3. To get 5,000 Impressions on my blog. Success Just!
The importance of having small goals is to give you a sense of accomplishment. This helps to keep you motivated to continue.
Sharing with the community also inspires others.
Still throwing my arms in the air shouting YES!
I'm going to leave you with this quote:

Good morning Lisa,
Congratulations on typing such a long blog post, that's a big one! I think my largest post is approximately 3500 words and then most of the others are probably around 1000 words.
Forgive me if I have touched on the subject before; but I use something called Dragon NaturallySpeaking, which is speech software. I cannot type very fast at all, so, although Dragon is not 100% accurate, it's much quicker than me typing. Incidentally, some people claim 99% accuracy, which isn't bad.
I'm currently using the latest version of Dragon, which is version 15.6. I think I started at about version 7. Thankfully the software has improved dramatically over the years. The most important aspect is to have a powerful enough computer and a good microphone to run the software. I definitely wouldn't want to be without Dragon, even though I had to purchase it in the first place!
A cheaper option, although I prefer the above option may be to have some typing lessons. Several years ago a friend of mine stayed at my house for a few days, I couldn't believe how quickly he could type. Apparently, he had been trained by, I think the ladies name is Mavis Beacon, it's definitely Mavis! This is an online course, all I can say is that to this day, I couldn't believe how quickly this chap could type, it was amazing!

Fantastic results, Lisa. 3500 words in six hours is great particularly not being an experienced typist.
I just wonder how or where you get the score for your headlines? I am interested because headlines are not my favourite thing! I used to use Co-Schedule but they changed their platform significantly and I stopped using them.

I tend to write some articles up to 2500 words, but you surpassed your goal. Also, the impressions and AIO SEO scores are neat.
I agree on setting small goals- it's easier to make progress and reach bigger ones later on.

Wow, Lisa! Those are some very impressive goals achieved.
It takes me longer than 6 hours to write any post regardless of the length. And I type with all my fingers lol
Most of my headline scores are in the 50-70 range and I thought that was good. But 91 is fantastic!
I don't really understand the significance of impressions, but 5000 on one blog post, sounds pretty significant!
