My content page reveals my words and images, why when check my website only the words are there and not my images? , even though I saved and published both.

If you edited a document in site content and published it, future edits has to be done in WordPress. Site content and WordPress work independently.
I'd place my images in a document in site content and publish it to my site. it will be added to my WordPress media library. Then delete the “temporary image” doc in site content so that it does not get indexed as well.
You may need to empty browser cache refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
You can also empty servers cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache

Have you tried updating and then refreshing the page in Wordpress? Sometimes if you add images and forget to update when you preview you won't see the images

I think that Rudy said it all, I can't add anything to that, but just in case you don't yet understand how to add images to your posts, here are a couple of helpful links.

There are some technical problems.
Your header is static, which is good, Your text header needs spacing between the words.
What does this mean - 'Lynel'?
Did you set up your menu?
The space below the header is too large, it is black with no image showing, and only two words - survival analysis.
The Hello World article, (at the bottom of your posts) which comes as a default with any WP site, can be removed, it is unnecessary.
Add an image to your featured images block. Otherwise, it shows only as a black square.
Your articles need more content...A LOT MORE. Add images.
Without using the sidebars, widen your main content page to 1000 px.
Your mobile view scores an 'A' for layout. However, the same issues mentioned above are still visible in the mobile view.

I'm having difficulty getting the dashboard page for widgets, appearance,and wordpress What do I write in the address bar to get back to that page?

And login your website.
You may install the classic widgets plugin and with the classic editor.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-sidebars/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/
Initially you may download to your PC and then upload .zip files to your WordPress sites back office.
Or go to Plugins > Add new, input classic widgets, install and activate.
However in the standard view you may click the plus to add something or the three dots and choose to remove a block from the drop down menu.
