Please how do I cancel my membership, an unforeseen circumstance just came up and I am unable to continue with my membership
Click on your profile. Then click on Account settings. Scroll down to subscription settings. Middle says membership. Click on this and scroll down till you see 3 boxes side by side. Click on the middle box that says 'stop billing and cancel membership' . Jim
What a pity you can't stay. If you want to cancel your membership, you have to go to your account settings --> under 'Subsription Settings' click 'Membership' --> Under your profile pic, click 'Stop Billing & Cancel Membership'

I deleted a website and now I am unable to access the new website
It might just take a little time. Try again in a little while and if it still doesn't work you can contact SiteSupport (assuming your site is hosted here, and if not, you can contact your host).

Deleting a site should not affect the other.
Go to Websites > Site Manager and click on the refresh button. Try logging in again using the login button.
No, I see that the FTP is locked for 30 days, not sure if this is the problem, I did not notice message about the FTP being locked before.
You're trying to access it by FTP? If so, use the credentials under Websites > Site Manager > Details. If that doesn't work, open a ticket with Site Support.
