Agree with Tommy - put in a support ticket - in my experience they are really quick at responding and great at sorting out any issues.

Hello, Lorenco. Are you just having this problem? I had the same problem, I simply logged out and off the browser for a few minutes, when to get a drink, came back, opened my browser and logged back on, problem solved. If this doesn't work, support ticket. Hope this helps! Peggy

I find a problem with my website. When i open it with my iphone, some of the widgets that i have on my website show cut. How can i make it to show everything? Need urgent help plea
Wow this is great training Loes. I was going to recommend the WPtouch plugin or changing theme to a mobile ready one. That's what I did. Olive
My theme is mobile friendly but the widget,like search boxes(hotel bookings) don't appear complete. They are cut.
I see what you mean but when i turn my screen around, I can see it fine. Perhaps you should change the size of the banner (or whatever it is) to a slightly smaller size?

Have you checked first if your website theme is absolutely mobile friendly? If not this is a test you can use

You can add people in the users tab on your dashboard and control what they can do on it also you have to give them the password you make for them.
