Is heal your gut receipes a page of yours on your website? Or are you talking about an app? I don't know much about apps, so you would have to contact the app program and ask them about how it would work, as they are all a bit different I think.
Yes, I have a page called that and I wanted to have recipes on it. I know there are recipe plugins so I researched a decent one and I installed it, now I was wondering how do I get it on the page.
I'm not sure how these apps work. But if it is a plug in you would need to plug it in. I would contact them and ask them.
