The only way I have ever added a popup linked to Mailchimp is to use a plugin - https://mc4wp.com/kb/pop-up-integration/ and it should make it simple.

First, it does NOT have to be extensive. Secondly, many countries require them and others do not. Not to split hairs, but many affiliate programs require this notification and they help you out by either giving you a template and/or telling you where it should be placed.
Something like this:
PAID ENDORSEMENT DISCLOSURE: Monetary compensation may be given for my endorsement, recommendation, testimonial and/or links available to any products or services from this blog.
Some people say it's necessary by law but others say it isn't needed. I was just wondering.
Oooh ... you meant a disclaimer. Okay ... and yes, it is required. Kyle covers this in detail in the Certificate Courses.

Is your site on the same niche as your products? If so, you can have a page on your current site that you can send people to that just want to buy your products rather than starting another site just for ecommerce

While I was signing up for Amazon, I noticed that they stated that if you do not make a sale within a few month they will withdraw your account. Since my site is relatively new

Once you have submitted your application, we allow 180 days for your first referral to Amazon.com. After 89 days we will send you a warning on the 90th day and after the warning email you have an additional 90 days to get your first referral.
If something happens and you are shutdown for this reason once you do have your website finished please reapply back through the program.

Yes, you can sign up again. The only problem is that you get assigned a new amazon affiliate id so you have to change the links on your pages to reflect the most recent affiliate id.

Make sure you have it set to your pic that you want to use. Just because you uploaded it doesn't make it active, so make sure it's active. It also can take a little while to reflect, so just give it time if you already did what is needed.
Oh I see. I wouldn't worry so much about that. I think mine is blank too but it's not a big deal. Your gravatar shows in other places though, right?
