Okay Not 370,000 Users, But I've Hit 10,000!

@JasonHeard had posted recently about hitting almost 370,000 unique visitors... a goal I can't wait to see for myself and what my income would look like at that point.
But, for now, let's celebrate little milestones like this one:
Over 10,000 users have visited my blog! Amazing!
It has taken me 9 months to get here and I know some blogs get this in a single month but these are the stepping stones to get to there.
I had a huge boost this past month with using relevant news again. That day hit 770 sessions in a single day, another record high, and wondering when I'll ever get it up there again. Lol
We shall see how long it'll take me to get this many visitors in one month!!

Congratulations! This is really inspiring.
My blog is only 1 mth old and I have to remind myself to be patient and do as what I have learned here; and traffic will soon follows. Hope so! Any tips will be very much appreciated!
Patience is key!!! I'm very impatient so it's been hard for me, but I have to keep reminding myself that this takes time... it just does.
My best advice is to you is to publish 3-5 posts a week on your blog, the more the better. Get yourself a writing schedule and plan it out so you don't waste time wondering what to write. Plan it for 2 weeks or 4 weeks, then have another planning day before your schedule ends. My calendar is all planned on what I need to write and this has helped be most productive on my writing days.
Congratulations. What an accomplishment! I've had nearly 3,000 users on my site in the last 9 months. Could have been a ton more if I were as consistent as you though! Traffic is finally picking up and recently I've had several days with above 60 users. :)
Thanks Ian! Gosh, I know what you mean by "finally picking up" I felt like that for many months. In a way, I feel like my site is 5 months old since my first 4 months only had 8 posts a month. Since Jan, I've been writing more and since near end of Feb, I started publishing 4 posts a week.
Since I won't see the effects of this effort til later, it's hard to keep going at times but I think I'm starting to see the effects of it as I'm finally getting more consistent referral sign ups.
The boosts of traffic I got for the two relevant news posts I had unfortunately don't make me any money anymore as the affiliate program for that got closed. It's such ashame to have all that traffic... but I'm hoping that traffic will help rank my other posts better.

I remember a while back, I posted one 1,000+ article a day for 13 days in a row on one of my sites, but then TONS of things came up in my life (leaving me with too little time to work on any of my sites), plus, I began losing interest in that niche.
You could say my efforts paid off though, because I just got my first Premium referral yesterday from my efforts several months ago!
That's awesome that you're starting to get consistent referrals. I've no doubt you can make Vegas pretty soon here. :)
Do you have plenty of relevant internal links on your high-traffic non-money pages? Also, do you have an email opt in form with an irresistible offer? Having both will surely turn some of those currently valueless readers into regular visitors. :)
Hi Ian, Yeah the regular activity is good for your blog so whatever you can do, you should try to establish a consistent publishing schedule.
That's good about your posts and getting your first Premium! I know that's an awesome feeling!
