I joined WA on Sunday NZ time. I went into WA websites to buy a domain and when I tried to complete the sale it kept saying contact support. I tried a few cards and it kept hap
If you are buying your own domain, it is actually no problem. Are you converting from the SiteRubix domain to your own domain when you buy it? Or do you buy the domain directly when you create the site? I think when you purchased the domain, the system said that you might have to contact support because some of the problems have not been solved. Otherwise, it is very simple to purchase a domain.
Yes totally agree Tee...it should be simple, but for some reason or other its not happening. We are wondering if its my security firewall but I've checked...... and my domain is through godaddy ... I will have to xfer over if necessary.
