Have you missed me?
Yes! I have been busy else where, working hard and my work here has slowed down to a crawl. So I thought, I would write a few lines to see how everybody is doing.
As per me not much has changed, except trying to make everything I have learned here make a difference and move forward.
I was sent a link from Paul's profile and thought I would share it with you. I know it has been shared but the more we share the more people will see it. I woun't not go into it in detail you can see it for yourself, I put it to work and was amazed what you find out about you website. I thought it was going to be a real bummer but found that I am not doing so bad at all, as fare my websites goes.
Good news is it is a competitive site and has good cell phone access and the browsing is good not excellent there is room for improvement. There is always room for improvement and the site tells you what you need to improve on but also tells what is good on you web page and mine was more good than bad but room for improvement.
You will get a birds eye view of the work that Kayle puts into teaching us if you have followed the training and if you haven't followed the train "well" it's never to late.
I have been able to move out and find other means to help me improve. I had tried FB in the past and it was a failure that was before WA. It was a bad experience but I am trying it again and what I found I have a much better understanding know since I have taken the training here.
A word of wisdom FB isn't much different than here at WA but you're training on commenting take a whole new turning point. I find that FB is not a very good training ground for mastering the art of commenting." Yes you heard me right the ART of commenting." You want people to click on you links that you created and you can only do that by interacting with the people If you create trust and find you interesting, they will click in to see what you are doing.
This is a good example, I ran into a friend from another platform that I was on before WA. I engaged into the topic that he had put up because I had knowledge on that topic and he engaged with me, that is what you want, it doesn't matter about the topic but the engagement not just a couple of words. People will stand up and take notice. This friend remembered me very well because of his training. He was actually one of there few people that had helped me along this road.
Not just a few likes we really are getting lazy when we think that we will get noticed if we just like a comment. It's not as if you are going to engage with every one lets face it there is a lot of people that share things that are not to you interests and a lot that are trying to get there work noticed as well. You pick and choose how you are going to engage with. These will be the ones that remember you at some given point they will also engage with you.
I have written on this subject before here in WA it's not much different out there in the real world. Don't be a follower be a leader, lead the way and others will follow. There are lot of WA members on FB and I see the same things happening with FB comments. "What is the matter", we have the training why not use it.
I would like to share with you a dream. In the dream I was muddling over a word. A friend here in WA was always correcting my grammar and spelling, not a bad thing a good thing because it helps when others are seeing what you don't see. Well one day she signed of with Higs meaning Hugs and we have a good laugh. After that we signed off always with Higs.
A few others caught on and we did the signing off with Higs. Well in the dream I was playing around with that word and I came up with HIG's (Health Innovated Group's) so that is what we did we created a group page called HIG's it's funny how these things happen. That is what I have been doing. The idea is to attract others in health oriented group"s anybody that is interested can join us on FB share you work and you websites. I could go on and tell what the plan is but I don't know how far I am permitted to go with this here on WA.
I thought it very interesting how a dream could inspire a whole group a people to work together.

My apologies for not being as active as I used to be! I'm still not back to a good solid work mode at the computer.
Right now preparing the bus for sale and helping my husband to get more ideas how to sell our bike inventory in times like now.

How is your healing coming because I have just gone through a total body healing and it was an experience of a life time and feeling really good. Will have to tell you all about it but for know I am trying to get caught up wit everything.

We finished the cure two days ago. It is still unfolding. Even my husband said he is feeling good. This is a seldom gift ;-)
In short: it feels goooood. So good, soo good ... papapa

I found a bench on the side of the road it had the perfect width and length, it was used for weight lifting. I set it up and vuala I have my lejin bench. I will take a picture to show you. know I can do it in comfort, it even has a vinyl covering. there is much to get caught up on. and you will have to tell me in detail.

Thanks for that KyleAnn Imagination is one of our great gifts it is amazing what we can come up with. I do believe in dreams, like a map you can rely one. They don't give you direct answers but indirect ones If we listen they are telling us something. Come on over and see for yourself.

Your post is the last one I read today as now it is babys bed-time.
I had a great day, first the weekly tour in the village and then off to lunch in the pretty marina. Coming home there were calls and messages.
