Strange Piece of HTML
I had a strange piece of HTML inserted at the very beginning of each and every article I posted on my website. I don't know how many people have had similar experience with their website(s).
I had asked for help but had been unable to correct the problem. Marion also told me to ask for site help from Site Support Technical Support for faster help when I have a problem.
I did everything Marion said to do, but to no avail.
This little molehill grew to be about the size of the Grand Teton Mountain just north of me in E. Idaho. It appeared I was not getting over this easily.
The message was on every single page of my website and I saw no way to remove it or have it removed.
I figured I was just going to have to start a new website and transfer material over to it. That was a great stumbling block! I went days that ran into weeks that ran into a couple of months.
The task of starting all over again was daunting. But before I did that I finally decided to ask Site Support for help to see what they would say.
The response from Site Support was very quick and when I came back to my computer, there was my answer saying
SiteSupport a day ago
Hi Linda,This has been corrected. Please re-check it now."
That great big old Grand Teton had melted into the desert of Eastern Idaho in a flash. Every page had been fixed and there was no more HTML saying

I feel like I won the Gold Cup of the Internet. A special thank you to Site Support for their quick assistance.
Oh, and if you are reading this, take my advice and go to Site Support before your molehill gets any bigger! It's not worth the wasted time and worry you put yourself through, when all it takes is to swallow your pride and ask for help!

They are like living angels, often I have been at my wits end with a problem that appears to have no resolution (that I can see) put in a “ticket” and boom all resolved within mins,
I am so pleased you have resolved and also that you didn’t switch websites before asking for support, imagine how cross you would be if you later found that this bug could be tweaked...🤯🤗
Oh, that wouldn't have been good. Imagine the bear that would have come out of me if that would have happened.

You are so right Linda, we need to just swallow our pride and ask for help. I don’t know why we try to do it ourselves, I remember a while back I had a problem, and I kept going from Google, to YouTube, to live chat to questions. Then when I finally contacted Site Support the issue was resolved in two minutes! For me I guess it’s because I want to first make sure that I am not able to fix it myself, because I don’t wanna be a pain if you know what I mean.
