Monday - Magic or Manic?
It's another Monday morning. How do you feel?
Depressed at the thought of the week ahead or excited?
Seems to me that most people dread Monday and spend their days dreaming of the weekend.
Is this any way to live?
No, it's not! But how can you change it? Do you want to leap out of bed on a Monday excited for the possibilities ahead?
All it takes is a little tweak. Think of Monday as a mini New Year. No, don't laugh, just try it.
Think of the excitement you feel at New Year! The endless possibilities, the opportunities, adventures yet to be found. Can you feel the excitement welling up at those thoughts?
Now consider Monday in the same light. A week stretching ahead, full of possibilities and opportunities.
The thing is, you won't find those opportunities when you are blinkered and focused on the next weekend. Is that really a good way to live?
I know it happens, I see people on social media moaning about the work week, longing for the weekend ahead. I mean..... REALLY?
Either change your job, life or make a few tweaks to love ALL your life.
Just try it. Trust me it works. After a while you will be excited on a Monday morning rather than miserable.

It is so true, your perception puts a filter on everything you see and feel. If you have the mindset that 'Oh no it's Monday uurrgghh' You carry that with you, even though it might be the best day ever, it is filtered through that original perception.
So Today is Monday YEEESS!! another day to take a step forward, another day in tis precious life, another day to help someone, another day.
