Furious, Frustrated and going crazy! Please Help!
Just when I thought I was finally understanding all the intricacies of building my website.
Someone kindly reviewed my site and suggested I add a header picture.
Okaaaay! But I have a header picture. Not long ago a reviewer suggested I change it, so it was definitely there then.
So before responding I went and had a look ....................... and I have been fighting with it ever since.
I looked and found it was like this.
So I fiddled and got this
Checked from the outside still like the top one.
But no! From admin side it looked this.
Looked from the other side and it was still the same as the top one.
But then ..... when I click on a blog I get the last picture showing from the other side too.
But still cannot change the Homepage.
I have wasted more than 3 hours on this and seem to be getting nowhere.
It has to be something I am doing or not doing but I have no idea what.
If anyone can help, has any ideas or anything, I would be eternally grateful.

Have you tried Fleeky's and Laura's suggestions yet? Did they work? If not, I would contact help center.

I have now tried both, thank you Joe, neither helped with that problem. But Fleeky's did help my site speed all the numbers are green now.

I think its rather baffling, will see how it turns out. It's probably something I have done or not done.
Think I'm here in the community long enough to know a few things and to give some advice, but God knows, i'm at a lost as i really don't have a clue but I am really appreciative for post like these, as I am able to read and have a better understanding of what is happening.
I am however, not too concerned as we all learn and grow at our own pace; the important thing is to stay focus and grasp all you can when you can.

Fleeky's answer is probably right, since that was my issue a few weeks ago. Laura's answer also good, and I know how frustrating these issues can be. If all else fails message Support.
Fleeky's suggestion improved site speed amazingly. I'm all in the green now, I appreciate your help William.
This could also be a plugin issue. Check to make sure that there are no updates for your plugins. You may have to disable them one at a time to find the one that's having an issue. Kraken actually did this to me when I first started my website. Best of luck!

Clearing cache helps
It is a new button in your wEbsite manager in Details of your site down right..
If not solved, ask sitesuport.

Never spent more than 10 minutes on an issue...

'Clear Cache' function does not appear on the siterubix sites.

Thank you for commenting Fany, I too find it interesting to learn from problems I haven't come across.
Try permanently deleting the pic. Rename it from your desk top and re-load it. This may work.
But a couple of weeks ago this happened to me. No matter what I did it would not show or load. I contacted site support and they were able to fix it. Now everything loads fine.

I just tried that Laura, it didn't work but thank you for the suggestion, I appreciate the help.
Its weird as it shows on other pages.
My header disappeared with the last WordPress update and I was seeing similar to you. I just re added the header image.
