An attitude of Gratitude.
Apparently today is World Gratitude day. I just read this on a blog.
I have seen many blogs on this just lately.
I have to say that an attitude of gratitude is a wonderful thing to have.
Get into the habit of being grateful however much or little you have. It does seem that more you are grateful, the more you have to be grateful for.
It really does work, it's not instant but over time gradually you realise that life just gets better and better.
Plus while you are being grateful you feel happiness, it's uplifting.
Every day I come on here I am grateful for the training and how much I have learnt and even more grateful for the constant unwavering support.
It sounds trite and overdone but I am so glad I found WA.
The challenges, the learning, the support ........... the sheer frustration when I can't work something out.
The pure exhilaration when I overcome a problem.
All these things make me feel really alive in a joyous, bubbling, overflowing way.
My real life does too ..... most of the time, lol.

I agree Darren, we do have much to be grateful for, even when things go wrong, focusing on the good can bring a turnaround.
Hello Linda
Being grateful is a virtue that you have without hesitation.
Thank you!
Claudio
Hello Claudio, we all should have it but many have to remind themselves to be grateful.
There is so much good in the world and so much that is magical if only everyone could see it.
Great reminder Linda. I am like you in a way, very thankful for both the opportunity available here and the community who always seem so encouraging. It is like a fresh breath of air every day considering all the troubles and anger in our world.
Ray
Thank you Ray. It does seem to be a period of turmoil at the moment in the world. But there is often upheaval before it improves.
Very nice post, Linda, something we all try to practice.
My best to you and wishes for continued success.

We should be thankful for what we have rather than resenting what we don't.
I have a 'Gratitude stone' in my pocket, as a reminder to be grateful.
Great post Linda.
I agree. I always that what you dwell upon you bring more of into your life.
Gratitude brings more to be grateful for. Plus it brings happiness, the nirvana that all seek.
