Welcome to my newly focused site!

Late year I started a similar site called Conscious Existence, but I was travelling without a laptop and lost the drive to continue with it. And, without an income, I couldn't keep up the WA payments so I let this site come offline.

I'm now semi settled in Melboure. I have an office space and a few casual shifts when ever I feel like working AND I have the drive and motivation to help people with my posts.

My new site Self Improvement Movement is focused on Mindset Mastery. So far my post are:

• Meditation Basics
• Positive Affirmations
• Forgiveness - How to let go of hate
• What is Sadness?
