Your best bet is to go to your website dashboard and click on "plugins" Then click on "Add New", then in the search bar that comes up, type in "social" or "share". You'll get a list of share plugins you can try. Some plugins don't work well with some themes, some work very well indeed. Just try each one that you like the look of, one at a time, and deactivate each one as you go along if they aren't right until you find one you like the look of and that works on your site.
