okay I blew my first 30 days.  I only got through Day seven, but I have had two articles published setup my website joined one affiliate and published three pages on my website so it's not a total waste.  My next 30 days I will complete the training program, become familiar with the tools available in W. A..  And I will publish 30 articles in less than 30 days and I am going to increase my traffic but thousandfold.
