I contacted Google AdSense, I re-checked and re-checked my site. I contacted various WordPress plug-in writers and tried various plug-ins.

That's my ads.txt.

Do you have website advertising disclaimer in place?
If you don't, you will need to research for one (adsense) has one also, and make sure that a link to a disclaimer is in place for every post you make. If you need a disclaimer, send me a pm and I will send you the one I have in place that you can alter to your own site.

Just wrote you a pm in regards to that.

I hope you received the information that I sent you. Should be in your pm.

Hi. I don't know about AdSense, I had a problem with them myself, and because my niche wasn't of any interest to them, I never got any response until one day I just decided to cancel it and boy, were they pleased! Not sure what their problem is, but you're not the only one. I would just move on, if I were you.

Don't know if that helps, but I hope so!

Yeah. Thanks. I somewhat dreaded and feared something like that happened. Not to mention that mainly bots decide if your "worthy" for ads. I suppose we both might've been not humane enough for them.

I just thought it might be safer to play along with affiliate links AND ads, but since I heard multiple times now that the ads aren't that necessary, I think I'll drop that.

In the picture you can see that I applied for the program in the middle.
Should I apply for the other 2 aswell

As Vicki says, stick to the product thats more closely related to your Niche

Whenever you join an affiliate program it should be related in some way to your niche so don't worry about the other 2 unless they relate to what you are doing.
People are going to join the same programs I guess if they are into a similar niche to you however if you write awesome content and build your website really well it won't matter about other people.
Just keep working on your own future and do not worry what others might be doing
Vicki

Well all 3 relate exactly the same amount to my niche. That is the problem that I have.

All 3 have the same product and somewhat same affiliate program.

Should I therefore choose the one with the highest percentage and that is that?

you could join them all and figure out which ones are going to work best for you :)

I created a site about music keyboards.
I have 4 hardware keyboards at the time.
I have about 20 software keyboards at the time.
This makes about 24 posts that I can w

Since I'm a musician and I play and own keyboards I think I can help a bit here. I see that you already own a good number of keyboards which makes you an expert. But beyond just reviewing the keyboards you can write posts about specific features of a keyboard and link those back to your keyboard review.

You can even place links in the post to many other posts when you talk about things. This is also great for site SEO.

Look for searches on topics around that keyboard. People are always wanting to know something about a specific keyboard.

"How do I X on the [Keyboard Name].

I was looking for Pink Floyd patches for my Korg Kronos. What kind of post could you write around that. Link back to your review of that keyboard. Also You can expand in to accessories. Headphones, Volume Pedals, Keyboard Stands, Even Thumb Drives for backing up and storing patches.

In my example above can you find patches and samples for the Korg Kronos? Do these companies offer an affiliate program. You can even build out additional sites specific to keyboard patches.

Do you have your own custom patches for your keyboards? Package them and sell them. Now your the owner and your profit greatly increased.

You can stay in your broad niche of Musical Keyboards and niche down into tons of topics and build many sites all based around your passion for keyboards.

Keyboards have a high price point yes. But you can make a killing on accessories also. The combination can become a very lucrative business.

What I always do is think what will I need, what kinds of questions do I have around my niche topic. Then you can write forever.

Hope this helps,
- Glen B

P.S. I'm a Bass Player but sequence my keyboard for key effects during a show. sequencing is another topic.

Very inspirational. I think I got some clues where I need to head now. Nice to see that you got your own thing going pretty well.

My opinion.
It's best to buy those products before write reviews about them. But it does not make business sense to buy all the products you want to do reviews. More so, some of these products are pricey.

Instead of buying, you can also do research about them. Get ideas from the real end users of the product which i believe can be easily obtained from the merchant selling the product. Amazon is great place to do the research.

With 24 items you have in hand, if you can produce power-posts on each of them, I believe the site should be where you want it to be.

All the best.

Joe

Yes, I can definitly see where this is going now. The responses on here helped a lot.

You can write multiple posts per keyboard. You can do one review each as you already stated. You can also do posts such as "Best Keyboard for Beginners" or "Most Affordable Keyboard for..." or "How to find a great keyboard..." or other titles like these. I did not check keywords for these examples, you would have to do that before you choose the wording.

Then you can also do side by side comparisons and "Top 5..." or "Top 10..." types posts. These are very popular. There are many directions you can go beyond one post per item!

Could you also include other items such as headphones or stands etc.?

Jessica

I saw a couple of videos how extremely trending top 10 lists are. So this is definitly a good point. Glen B also mentioned keyboard supplies, so I will definitly cover this one. Very good starting points. Thank you.

If music keyboards is the niche you have a passion for I'd stick with it...although it's certainly a plus to own the keyboards that you write reviews on, you don't have to own them all...

As long as you do a thorough job of researching each one it shouldn't matter too much if you own that specific one or not. Check out the product sites, other people's reviews, likes, dislikes, and even ask some questions if you can about that type of keyboard from people that do own it.

At least that's my thoughts on it, since I don't always review things that I own...it'd be easier if you own it, but not totally necessary. I just tell the reader that no, I don't own it, but based on the research I've done this is what I think about it...something along those lines anyways.

Hope that helps you out,
Best wishes :) ~Sherry

I will definitly continue with the advise you've given me. Thanks for that.

You're welcome, Leterel, no problem at all.

Hi Merlin,
What are the selling points of keyboards? Surely you shouldn't have to buy them to be able to do a full review on them.

Have you thought about buying keyboard magazines (or popping into your local library) and do your reviews using the information from them?

I know there is a big bunch of free magazines online out there. These might be a good starting point. I'm less a fan of physical magazines because their not so sustainable. But your post gave me new ideas. Thank you for that.

You can write information posts about your niche, they don’t need to be all reviews. The content will bring visitors to your site, your aim should be to help them with a problem or entertain them and affiliate links to the keywords may be part of that.

Some people are fine with doing reviews of products they don’t own or have tried, some people aren’t. That’s a decision for yourself.

It didn't even cross my mind to cover that area. Good that you mentioned this to me. In that regard I can easily write a couple more posts.
