Your Health is Important to Your Success
Hello WA family,
Yes it is time for my health post. Now that girl puts a smile on my face. We can all have that expression through our accomplishments at WA, and looking after ourselves. I like to offer alternatives to, "Big Pharma", but always remember your doctors advice comes first.
Wish I could get a quick WA knowledge shot in the arm. I know I do not experience any side effects when I reach out for help, and follow the training, the lessons, and our happy friend Jay every Friday evening. It is all good.
So here it is. I did check a few of my previous posts, and I could not find this. If this is a repeat, well I will smack myself.
As many of us are going through isolation, and I am certainly not aware of any quick fixes that are available to us at this time. Vaccines, unfortunately may take some time before they will be administered.
Together we have made WA one of the best platforms to learn and earn from. It does take a lot of dedication, time and persistence on our parts to reach our goals.
In the meantime we can not take anything for granted. We need to maintain a strong immune system to battle any, and all viruses at hand. I will be interrupting WA for a commercial break to check up on you. It is all I have to offer. I just hope someone finds something here that may be a helpful resource.

Thank you for the healthy tips, Michael. Now more than ever we need to eat healthy. This is a lethal virus but it can easily be overcome by a strong immune system response. And your your healthy eating tips serve that purpose.

Good Morning Michael,
Our immune system is the best we have and should be taken good care of. When we neglect our immune system by filling it with crap, we will not be able to function properly. It will end sadly, getting all types of unnecessary ailments.
The same as a car made to run on petrol cannot run on diesel.
