Working my way back.
Hi Everyone,
Well woke up this morning, looked out the window and everything was white. It had snowed most of the night. I am not a fan of cold weather but looking out at this blanket of fresh snow was beautiful.
Checked out what was happening around the world while enjoying that first cup of coffee. Next was turning off the TV and switching on my computer and stereo. This is a typical start to my day.
Almost a month ago I was contemplating not renewing my membership. Things have changed a lot since then. It was at this point that the song, "A Bridge Over Troubled Water", started to play. I listened to the words and realized how much that song is related to WA. I received so many comments of encouragement, and still keep getting a few come by my way.
I can always count on my WA friends to lift me up when I am feeling down, or pick me up after I have fallen. You all are my bridge over troubled water's, and I am so grateful to you all. WA is a part of my life now, I really do not have an idea of what I would do without you all.
I have been working hard on my website, trying to write new posts at least every other day. My site details are 80% for publishing and a 100% for everything else, sorry my plugins are at 40% and I am using only seven. Think the 40% will be there, I feel I need the plugins I use.
Through the help of site support, my site was duplicated so I could play with it and make significant changes without worrying. I experimented with themes for hours, and finally found one I liked. My gosh, I am getting there. My site is more organized and looks a heck of a lot better.
I chatted with Twack, and told him I was going through a brain freeze, yes I blamed it on the cold weather. I most certainly am not a writer, I feel I have nothing significant to say. WA is changing the way I think and encouraging me, I have nothing to lose but a lot to gain if I remain focused and determined.
Well hopefully my brain will thaw out, it usually does. My posts will get better as I learn something new everyday.

Michael, I know how you feel about not having anything to say. But its just self-doubts. But we all have a lot to say! Your posts are very personal and people like reading them. So keep sharing your daily stories with us!
I love the song Bridge over troubled water, reminds me of my childhood. We had many records at home, my father loved Simon and Garfunkel but also country music etc.

Michael, I'm so glad you are staying. Why do you think you can't write? This post was well-written. I don't see any problems with your writing.
Perhaps your almost quitting was the best way for you to get restarted. I hope all goes well now, going forward.

It is difficult to see friends get down and it hurts that we cannot do anything except be here and support each other.

Breaking out of the mold we are put in from childhood is a daunting task. I feel confident that you will thaw out your brain freeze and find that you do not have a milk shake but a treasure trove of information to share on all of your websites.
