Intermittent Server Errors

Hi everyone,

Hope all is well.

There have been some intermittent servers errors, but no worries as you see from the image above the tools are there. The big guys are working on the problem, and it will be fixed momentarily.

Hey folks, we're working on these intermittent 500 server errors.

From what I understand there are a lot of updates happening here at WA. You may have noticed that when you go to your ranking page, the last update was on January 15th for most countries, but we get to see the members now.

We have also been informed that there is going to be a new improved Live Chat rolling out by next week.

A great platform just getting better and better.

Not sure ir is. In the last week every time I try to access the site via a link, like to your blog, it often takes at least one go, usually more. I get a page saying the connection isn't private.

Hi Linda, have you made sure your SSL certificate is checked active and it may be an idea to clear out your browser cache.

Michael, I now can see members in ranking page. Before it was just the chart and unchanged rank. My rank only moved one point below after the new changes. I am wondering if that still reflects the true numbers. I am glad to see that Carson stated for the most part the ranking information been improved and more updates coming. That is good to know.

Hi Brenda, when I looked at the graph on top it was dated Jan 15th. Pretty sure it will be all ironed by tomorrow.

Glad I was on live chat when Carson mentioned it. I cleared out my cache thinking it was my computer also.
