No worries HRDr, Michael is here to share with you my WA family ways to stay healthy.
Now don't you think these are some of the fruits and vegatables you should have ready to be served up.
How about last night, a bit too much to drink? Nausea, your head is pounding, perhaps even suffering from a bit of memory loss. No need to rush out for that Gravol. Get that blender out throw in an apple,carrot,beet and a few slices of lemon, yes if you have that pomegranate and those grapes add them too. Flick that switch on and enjoy that smoothie. No blender, use a hammer.
Dear WA family you may ask, what the heck does this have to do with progress with your website.
Absolutely nothing if you do not have a hangover. What if you are stressing about the next post, like I am. By gosh grab that banana, a few strawberries and of course a pear. Follow the previous format to mix them up and enjoy a stress free moment.
I could go on but my B.P is rising and I need a moment in the kitchen.

I am glad you posted this - so beneficial to keep healthy by daily including fresh natural products - available everywhere.
How can you be productive here at WA (or elsewhere) if you have any of the medical issues in Michael's list?
I keep well away from pharmacy items wherever possible.
My routine is to have a smoothie each morning with many of the ingredients on the list. I also add Broccoli (check it out) another top healthy vegetable.
I also endorse Paul Watson's comment on the post
"mixed with a little exercise"
Get the blender going!
