Health Post.
Hi everyone,
Every once in a while I like to stray a bit from the WA technicalities.
I know I get wrapped up in WA, sometimes I may even miss a meal, just to conquer a problem associated with my site.
Many a time I just wrapped up in the e-mails. I try to respond to all of them with more than just a click on the like button. Sorry Mike Kearns I do this when I read your posts. I do bookmark them though. Another person is TWACK his articles just floor me, always a good read.
To most, I do offer a two cent worth comment. I appreciate being here and I am thankful to be a part of this community.
Well today is about our health and how prevention is so much better than the cure. I am a strong advocate of what I call, "God's Pharmacy". Almost remedy to our ailments can be found in this magnificent pharmacy. Most of the time it is in your kitchen cabinet or your fridge.
I will always stress the importance of seeing your Doctor and following his prescriptions.
So today I picked up a few things, I hope you may consider using on a regular basis. Proper diet, exercise, sunshine and adequate sleep are crucial to our well-being.
I had a lot of mixed feelings about one of the diseases. My sister suffers from stage four cancer. She battles this fight alone. Perhaps she does not want to feel like a burden, and that is very sad.
If I am not well, I share my feelings with my WA family and then with my sisters and brother.
I am a recovering alcoholic and I know I have sustained a certain amount of damage, but I get.
Wishing everyone good health and prosperiety
All my best,
Michael

Yes, eating healthy is sooo important to all of us.
It is only when we get sick that we take our health seriously. It is normally taken for granted!
I hope your sister can turn around!
Hi Stella,
I know I take too many things for granted, it always comes back to bite me.
It would be a blessing if my sister, starts to share.
Thank you,
Michael
Thank you...a very good reminder. Looking at the lists gave me a little giggle...whatever the problem, the answer is broccoli. My thoughts go out to you. My Mother-in-law was the same...she went it alone until she couldn't. Take care.
Hi Tricia,
Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. Actually I have grown used to like broccoli. :)

That's another great list Michael. It wouldn't take much to create a very healthy lifestyle. Our bodies are phenomenal pieces of engineering and are capable of wonderful things as long as we treat them right.
Humbled by the mention also. Thank you.
