Hi WA family, hope everyone is doing well, staying safe and healthy.
Well I am not sure if you have suffered from heartburn. Most of us will take an antacid to alleviate this uncomfortable feeling. Problem with taking antacids is that they remove some of the essential amino acids we need for better health, and stronger immune system function.
Your body needs 20 different amino acids to grow and function properly. Though all 20 of these are important for your health, only nine amino acids are classified as essential. I prefer to go the natural way. For some relief we may not even have to go to the store. We may readily have some of these products in our homes.
Remember if the taste does not suite you, honey can always be used to make it more palatable. I do not see it listed in the graphic, but I use Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar with some honey and pineapple juice, and within a minute my heart burn has gone away. I hope this is helpful to someone.

The natural way is the best for sure. Apple cider vinegar with the mother is very helpful.Luckily I do not suffer from heartburn. The body sends a signal as it is not happy with something. The more natural you eat, the better it is.

Yes Michael - I go the natural way when ever possible.
Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar is my first choice daily.
I add Turmeric & Cinnamon + Black pepper.
Not had any heartburn for many years. I also have my daily banana & oatmeal.
My next item to use is Green tea, to reduce my caffeine intake.
