living the good life
As we relive on our memories of life we go back to day of enjoyment and freedom to run, I remember back at the age of 13 we lived on a farm which we always had chores to do on a regular schedule, As we find free time to relax I would do several things. My favorite was go horse back riding. I had a pony which I enjoy riding. He was a mixed breed between a Tennessee walker and a Shetland, he had a small body and long legs and he could run like the wind. He had a real tempers like all Shetland breeds. Some time my friend would come by on their horses and want to race for a quarter of a mile. The only thing when we were racing and he would be in the lead he would start kicking at the other horses and I would be buck off. I got wise to that and I would hold him back just enough to keep him from doing that. We had many a good time riding with my friends.
The next thing I liked was fishing. We had stock ponds that was stocked with catfish and perch. Enjoying Sunday evening with a cooler full of snacks and trying to catch an enough fish to have fish for dinner some time. These are a couple of things I remember and enjoyed.
