Thanks Linda... sometimes it's tough having to deal with the "haters" that just like to go around flagging content on YT for fun and perhaps even spite.
I could have spent the next 6 months in YouTube "purgatory" had I not spent some hours looking for a way to contact them directly and get this resolved right away. I've been out of commission for almost 3 weeks now thanks to this.

Hi Leland, I have known this issue since the update as well. Last Saturday, I was on the Webinar with Jay and he mentioned this is the issue with the Wordpress update itself. So we just gotta wait until they fix it... In the mean time, what you can do to fix it is to sroll down or reload the page.

You can also use TeamViewer. You need an ambassador to take over your computer. I used it once but I don't think it should be abused as it takes a lot of time away from an ambassador.

I'm a BIG G+ Hangouts guy, created a product on it in fact. I don't really use Skype, even though it sits there loaded up on my desktop!
I'll have to reconsider these negative thoughts I have about that whole Skype thingy! :)
Yes, this has been suggested before. Bear in mind that people can learn by viewing other people's questions and answers and this would be lost if it were done privately within WA.

And I'm not saying to dump the community chat whatsoever, I just believe (and have seen) there is a need for some immediate one on one when it comes to helping someone get the answers they need that don't pertain to others. Having to repeat oneself is another problem.
I've also seen much repetition because someone answers another, but that person turned their head or answered the phone or whatever, then the answer is lost to the one seeking. Much time is lost having to scroll back down a list of ten other conversations.

I find the "live chat" feature here to be sufficient. If the PM doesn't work for you, do what I do; ask the other person if they belong to FaceBook. If both of you do, "friend request" each other and use the FaceBook chat. I utilize my FaceBook account to it's fullest and I do ALOT of business communication via their chat feature. If you don't belong to FB now, sign up.
Yes, FB IM is a great feature. I have several pages there for business relationships. I'm looking for a way to deal with helping other here at WA. From my experience, I see a lot get missed on the chat because its hard to catch everything going by. Working 1 on 1 in the PM is a little slow for my taste is all.
Why not set up a FB page just for you AND additioanl WA people. You can call it "mywafriends".

Leland, I remembered last year Kyle organised this coffee challenge, you need to write 10 quality product reviews on yr website with min. 1,000 words within 20 days and the first 20 people will get this coveted WA cup. lol :)) I did try but I was not successful. :(
