It's a good question. Where are you planning to sell your tires? If globally, then "tires" if in Australia, it's "tyres." Hope that helps.

I agree, if you're only concentrating on Australia use Tyres, but if you site is aimed at a global market use tires.
I'm from the UK but my site is aimed at people from around the world and I opt for American English spelling.
I once heard that most people will read American English, but a high percentage of Americans won't read anything but.
I know it's very stereotypical and there may be no truth to it whatsoever, but it's always stuck with me and something I take into consideration when writing.
