I advise you to get or create a new email specially for WA. Because you will have all the subjects and matters pertaining to your online business exclusively in one place.

If you are asking how to create an email link to your support email address, you would just create a link as you would for your affiliate links, except it would look like:
mailto:youraddress@yourdomain.com
The email address used can be any valid email address. One you create here at WA or public email address like Gmail.
When the reader clicks it, it will open their email composer with your email address already populated.

Cpanel is not available in the shared WA platform ... what is it you are looking for? In most cases Site Support can help if you need a tweak to settings.

When you go to Site Manager and select Email, you can create multiple Email addresses using your domain name. Support@yourdomain.com can be one. I did that too.

Have a look at the image, and follow the steps.
Access via websites in your side menu then the site manager then select email.

There is no cpanel with WA. Everything you need is under Websites and Site Manager.

If you want to have a specific support email address that is associated with your domain you can create one by going into Site Manager, then Site Email at the top. From there you can create your own custom email account for your domain like "Support@mydomain.com".
Note that if your domain is a SiteRubix domain, you cannot do this. You would need to create an email account using a free public service like gmail.

how to get back to picking my theme
Hi - in WordPress, go to Appearance and Themes. As a premium member, you get access to over 7000! If you can't see them all, click "add new".
Do not rush it. I spent over a month looking and glad I did. I found a perfect one and have had zero problems. It was a Catch Theme that I spent $54 to get.
The GeneratePress is what I would go with if I was you. It is free and many veterans here at WA are using it and recommend it. I am using it on my new juicing site that I started last week. Very easy to use and looks good with just a few images added already.
You can always change your theme, so concentrate on the training and don't rush the decision.

Agree. Get the right theme, then you don’t have to worry about changing later. Good to have a theme that have some element of customization so you have some flexibility and not end up with too many plugins.

Thank you for replying. I was picking a few and had probably chosen 10 to go back and decide. I didn't finish or complete my choice, and then the next day when I went back to decide, I had no idea how to get back to where I was and I did not see the themes button, so I was bewildered. ?? I tried several links, but none would take me back to where I was or even let me choose again. So I must admit, I did get frustrated and haven't went back and retried yet! I will though.!
