Who Do You Look Up To? A Tribute To Loes
With mothers day just around the corner, I started thinking about "who do you look up to" here in this amazing community.
The first person to come to mind of course would be Loes (aside from Kyle, Carson and Jay). Loes gives so much to this community. If you don't know her, you should.
The amount of knowledge and strength she has is immeasurable. She has been a member here since July 2014.
An ambassador here for over 1,600 days. Isn't that amazing? She not only presents us with awesome training, but she provides us with video's, banners and pictures.
She GIVES them to us after all the hard work she puts into them. Loes has the dedication of an Orangutan mother (I am not comparing you, I am comparing your dedication).
There to guide us and help us until we are able to do it alone. Need her help? She is there. If you are doing wrong, she tells you the right way.
Not to shame you, to help you learn right from wrong. When building your own business, you don't want to for a habit of going about it the wrong way for sure.
Inspiring Minds
Being a member of such a large (and still growing) community, we come across many members from all over the world and from different walks of life.
So many members have given me inspiration. Like Loes. To see what we can accomplish by absorbing what the training teaches us, as well as what we can learn from other members is priceless.
Don't worry fellas, there are many of you as well. This one is for the ladies since it is Mothers Day weekend.
When I first joined Wealthy Affiliate, I had know idea just how awesome it would be. Seeing how there were so many members willing to share their knowledge.
Inspiring members who have helped those with self-doubt, those who have needed that extra guidance to get through a lesson or task. I have seen so many inspiring minds since joining.
We all have our certain members who have left impressions on us in some way or another, We have members who we have contact with every now and again, and then those that we have contact with on a regular basis.
Loes is in between them both. If you don't see her, you know she is busy working on something really good. She may not be a "chatty" person, but if you ask for her assistance, you will get it.
Just To Name A Few More
This is really a tribute to Loes, but there are so many WOMEN who have left an impact with me, that I want to include a little something about you.
I may not mention all of you, and I may not have you pictured her. It definitely doesn't mean you have no place. Because YOU DO.
You have all made a lasting impression on me. Be it because of your knowledge, your willingness to go the extra mile to help, or simply because of who you are.
It may even be because we all get along. Yes, I know. How crazy is that? A group of women this large? I am kidding of course. It is amazing being around so many intelligent women.
Like I said, I am not naming everyone, but I want you all to know that there are members here who look up to you, admire you and are inspired by you. Whether you are pictured here or not.
We all came here for the same reason, and with the help of each other (guys, you to) we can accomplish what we came here to do.
I personally think that Loes will some day, be the pretty face etched in our mind, when we think of Kyle, Carson and Jay. She may not be an owner, but she definitely a top contributor.
So Who Do You Look Up To?
Who has made an impact on you within this community? It doesn't have to be a lady/girl. Aside from Loes, I have an "Angel" her name is Colleen. I have grown very found of her for many reasons.
I would like to know if you have someone you would like to give a little tribute to. How did they make an impression on you?
This isn't a let's point fingers, or an "I'm better than you". This is about letting those that have left an imprint, know that they have done so.
Give them credit. Let them know that they are not going unnoticed. We all are very busy here, so when someone takes time for you, it is because they care.
Now is your time to let them know that you care and that you appreciate what they do and that is matters.
Remember, if you are not pictured here, it does not mean you haven't impacted me or others. It just means my brain could only remember so many : )

What a beautiful tribute to Loes! I couldn't agree more. So many woman and men are kind and willing to share their knowledge and time around here. That includes you too, Lee! I couldn't agree more about Loes--her willingness to help everyone here has been apparent to me from the first moment I joined WA.
I have very much been inspired by LynneHuy as well. She creates fantastic training videos, is always available to help, and has no problem telling it like it is.
You have also been great here by always giving encouragement, asking questions, and being very positive.
Kudos to all the mothers out there--have a great day on Sunday!

Well, thank you, Lee Ann, that's a nice Mothers Day present:) I am from day 1 inspired by Marion Black, she is very knowledgeble and goes the extra mile.
It wasn't much and definitely doesn't do you justice. I just wanted you to know You Matter.
As for Marion, she is definitely on my list of who I admire and look up to.

Amazing post, Lee Ann! Loes has contributed so much to WA community and I definitely remembered her since my first WA days :) Loes and Marion.
A great impact/inspiration that I received recently from male members are Dylan Rieger (@dylanrieger) and Jerry Huang (@JerryHuang). Check out their posts/training tutorial - I mean they are really inspiring.
Dylan changed my view on Amazon niche websites and Jerry provided some serious insights into WA website and how to successfully get more Premium referrals (still working on it).
Of course, there are a LOT members who are inspiring here and I while I am not as active here as I used to (for various reasons), I read and really do appreciate the engagement and the support I receive from WA members - be it you, Lee, or any other member. :)
