Question: How does one handle recalled products on their website? AND I wants to know if there's training within WA platform about how to handle recalled products that you have endorsed, affiliation, etc. ?

If you are selling directly, you need to be transparent and write up your returns policy before conducting business so that folks know what they are getting into. And to avoid future misunderstandings and complaints. Possibly refunds (thus refunds policy). You need to put yourself in your visitor's shoes and ask yourself what you'd expect when you walk into a store to purchase products and how you'd want customer support to handle such recalls.

Also, include your mailing address very clearly and in compliance with local laws and regulations of business. To learn more, I would advise seeking out a professional's services.

If you are doing dropshipping, you need to scrutinize your drop shipper's terms and conditions of business and fetch clear-cut clarifications before conducting business.

However, if you are an affiliate, Andre @apache1 has you covered.

If you are an affiliate for a merchant for example Amazon they handle any recalls, refunds, etc all your role as an affiliate is to send the visitor to the merchants website via your affiliate link and that is it. You don't need to worry about any of that. the only issue you may have is you may not get a commission depending on the issue the customer has with the product.

Thank you for answering so quickly... and your example Amazon is who i want to affiliate with.

Yes unless you have a Shopify business or other stores where you need to provide the products or send to the customer that is different.

But if you are just an affiliate for a particular merchant (I used Amazon as an example) and you have affiliate links that is all you do as to what I stated.
This is why many merchants may have a longer waiting period before your commission comes through in case there are issues the customer may have with the product or service.

Your only role is to send the customer to their site they do the rest.

Wishing you well
