You have thirty days to find other hosting after that you will lose your account. It would be impossible and impractical for WA to host accounts where there are no subscriptions. However you can back it up by going to dashboard, and export the entire website and keep it on your hard drive
So before I will closed my account, I have to export my entire content of my website to my computer. Then after I resume my account, how will I restored my website? Will I send this export file to the support team so they will restore my website?

I did this. In your case I would suggest backing up your websites to your personal computer and then when you return give the backup files to the support people and they will restore the websites for you.
they actually restored a website from Hostgator for me that had never been at Wealthy Affiliate before
