Life is Like An Obstacle Course
There are many things that stand between you and what you ultimately want.
The key factor is whether you find a way past them all - or allow them to make you quit.
Success is just on the other side...IF you can get there.
But between you and it are many tests that you must pass - and this is what separates the winners from the losers in business and in life.
In a weird way, it is sorta like the gatekeeper of the universe between success and failure - and its purpose is to test you as to whether you have the resolve, discipline, courage, and tenacity to deserve success - or - to see if you will just throw in the towel and quit when the going gets tougher.
Pass the test and win the prize.
Don't pass the test and you won't. Period. Simple truth...
Why It Matters That You Know and Understand This
So you do NOT quit.
That is the short answer.
When you better understand the game of life and its rules (regardless of whether you like them or not) you have a far better chance of doing far better in life than otherwise possible.
This is an absolute fact.
It is so, regardless of whether one believes it or not - it simply is what it is and it is reality.
I have seen this play out and have experienced it again and again in my own life - and witnessed it happen to THOUSANDS of other people over decades of time.
Once you clearly and fully understand this - if you choose to do so and choose to use these lessons learned - then I guarantee you that you will do BETTER.

Well, I don't quit. I haven't reached high standards of success, but I have discovered that my credibility seems to be improving with my audience. I think that's a good thing. People seem to be more aware of my website. Now, if I can just increase that by several hundred percent.

I am the same way with my SIP's (courses, books, manuals, and other content/products) if I can just multiply what is by about 10X or better... then I will have it made - and then some ; )

People see success in others and they want it.
People see hard work in others and say - I don't want to do that, and then they wonder why others achieve success.
It is really that simple and yes - that complex.

One that I know very very well.
Case in point (and one of many examples) - I heard some people say "How did he get that position! He has only been here six months and I have been here 15 years and now he is in charge and making four times what I make! WTF!!"
What they failed to understand is V A L U E...
Showing up and doing menial work year after year with minimal effort is NOT very valuable. There is nothing special about it - anyone can (and will) do such work for LOW wages.
To earn more (and get better positions) people must DO MORE and must both accept more responsibility and be able to DELIVER VALUE.
They came in at 0759 and went home at 1659 - I came in at 0600 and went home at 2100 for the first YEAR I was there. I studied the business, studied the regulations, studied the company - and found ways to IMPROVE and to MAKE the COMPANY more money!!! Tens of thousands of dollars more per year - and I kept doing that for a decade.
I added value. Then I advanced. Repeated the process and advanced again - until I was third in charge of a 125-person company (and 1 of 3 was the owner).
They on the other hand just showed up - did the same old menial work - nothing more, and barely did that adequately to keep from getting fired - collected their paychecks, and went home.
Business works the same way as a business owner (and is a key MINDSET difference - I have NEVER seen myself just an EMPLOYEE ever - and have always looked at myself as a BUSINESS owner and entrepreneur). So I approach things that way... looking for BETTER ways and ways to add VALUE to whatever businesses I CHOOSE to affiliate myself with while I am there.
They do not - they see themselves as EMPLOYEES and have an employee mentality... and a very limited one at that. They wait for others to GIVE them something - I go after what I want and work to get it myself.
Today I make well over six figures - and am constantly increasing that as I work only for my own company now - Transport Resource Solutions LLC.
Even if I lay out a specific step by step by step course of study and action - which would lead to the same rewards I now enjoy - very few people would follow it... Why?
Not because they can't - because they certainly could if they wanted to - (especially with me sharing three decades plus worth of hard-earned specialized knowledge) but rather because it takes a crapload of W O R K and there is no way around that.

Yep, everyday we just keep punching away. Some days are easier some days harder. Sometimes that goal post looks a long way away and somedays closer, then when you start feeling a bit tired, you realize it’s the first time you can see the goalposts..
Was a bit down last week, still worked a bit, training and back office stuff and some posts…now back doing 1 post a day. Today, 1 finished and 2 started.
I can see those 🥅 goals in sight…
Keep moving - and remember to enjoy the journey all along the way too ; )
