As it's a premium theme the best peeps to help you with this would be the theme's developers. They should have a support page on their website.

Stylesheet doesn't contain a valid theme header?

You can double check to make sure you upload the right .zip file. Some premium themes, the real theme zip file is located inside another zip file which contains a lot of files (documentation, Read me, Licenses etc) including the theme zip files itself.
So first thing, extract the zip file and see if the theme zip file is inside.
Make sure you upload only the theme zip file and not the main zip file. Hope I didn't confuse you.
I suspect this is your case.
Hope that solves the issue.

Hi Joe,
I've checked all this but unfortunately there is no other zip file. There is a theme folder within the zip file that I have tried to compress and upload but it still gives me the same message. I think I must be including a the wrong file within it, I just need to work out which one is causing the issue.
Thanks,
Liam
Another option - go back to where you have purchased the theme and download a new one. And try to upload it to your site.
Can you check if inside the theme zip file has css. file?
Inside the zip file, there must be a file called css. Otherwise, the files are incomplete.
Joe
There is a css file within the theme folder.
The instructions that come with the theme talk about uploading it manually. I may give that a try to see if I can get round this issue.
Thanks for help :)
Liam
ohhhh...then I am afraid if that is the case, you need to upload the files using ftp.
Hope you know how to do it. How to use FTP to upload themes and plugins the easy way Hope that solve your predicament.
