If your question is related to technical issues, you can send a request to Technical support which you can access by clicking Site Rubix.
If your you a doubt about anything else, you can post a blog just like this with your specific question. Someone will get back to you with in few minutes.
Just to give you an idea.
I came to WA almost 6 months ago with Zero knowledge and with the assistance and support of the community I have built two sites.
and learned to put adds in Facebook..

funnily enough, I just found it. thanks so much, though. it's just that if you type in anywhere "where do I get help" or "where do I get support" there absolutely nothing that is helpful or related to it. And of course when I was stuck my response is to type in all the boxes that say clearly "ask a question here"
They really need to make the site rubix support much more prominent.
